Feline Rejection

A poem about many things. My hopes lies with your understanding of the sides of this piece.

Hey lonely cat,
why you’re looking so sad?
Are you crying for our world,
or to its misery you add?

Here lonely cat,
I have some food here to spare.
Or did your plies misinterpret
and you’re howling in despair?

Why lonely cat?
Why you vanish in a blink?
Are you afraid of us men,
or you shun us ‘cause we stink?

Come lonely cat.
Come and sit upon my lap.
How so easy do you sleep?
God how I envy such a nap.

Hi lonely cat.
Things to tell I have a lot.
Silently let us discuss,
your independence I’ll harm not.

So lonely cat…
Why you spur us without thought?
I see my dog joyfully barking,
is his happiness for naught?

Bye lonely cat.
As I approach I see you leaving.
Did I scare you with my thoughts?
Or are you Nature and you’re grieving?
